Hi, I am Tobi Dattilo. This will be my fifth year teaching at Homestead Elementary but my 15th year in the district and my 21st year of teaching elementary school. Teaching reading is a passion for me and I love working with first graders! I have a bachelor's degree and a Master's in Education from the University of California at Santa Barbara. I am married to a wonderful man, Pete, and we have three children, Alex, Shannon, and Sydney. Alex will be a sophomore at CU Boulder. Shannon will be a freshman at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Sydney is a sophomore at Cherry Creek High School this year. We love spending time outdoors paddle boarding and hiking. Our sweet dog is Cali.

Hi. I'm Shannon Palumbo. I have been teaching since 2002 and have been a first-grade teacher at Homestead since 2013. I received my BA from Michigan State and my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Lesley University. I am married to a hockey-crazed man, Pete, and we have two wonderful children together. Both of our children share my husband's love of hockey and play on competitive travel teams. My son Anthony is 17 and attends Mountain Vista High School. My daughter Josie is 15 and will be going to boarding school this year to play hockey at Winchendon. We also have three fur balls that complete our family; our cats named Gwen and Ginger and our dog Stanley (named after the Stanley Cup).

Hello there! I am Taylor Bettencourt. This will be my third year teaching at Homestead Elementary. Prior to that, I was the Assistant Director for the Before & After School program. I am so excited to be in 1st grade again this school year. I am married to Kyle and we have a four-month-old named Landon. He is the love of our lives. I also received my bachelor’s degree from California State University, East Bay, and have my master’s degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver. When I’m not in the classroom, you can find me out on a hike or reading a book. My favorite colors are salmon and purple. I can’t wait to spend the next year learning and growing with you!
